My career highlight would be that I work hand-in-hand with one of the best cost control departments at the client’s location. Our job is not only to perform functions as cost control but also to act as a responsible single point of contact for all cost and budget needs. At PMA, this position has provided me the opportunity to grow into a more tech-savvy cost controller by utilizing one of the best tools in the industry. PMA and its clients have always worked hand-in-hand to develop tools and adopt strategies to cater to various requirements of client’s organization.

What is something new or innovative happening in your industry (CM or PM related)?
The latest trend I am seeing is BIM and U.S. COST estimating software being used frequently where all planning, estimating, budgeting, and control is being done hand- in-hand.

What was a transformative project or challenge that you did at PMA?
The most challenging and transformative process was the estimating challenge session and the tools and mediums that I have adopted to reach out for these.

My favorite stadium would be the Sky Dome in Toronto, and I would like to watch a cricket match between Pakistan and India played there because it would be like no other sports rivalry in the world. My favorite restaurant is the Cornish Pasty Company in Arizona and I am always on a look out for nice Mediterranean cuisine in New Jersey and New York area.
