PMA Consultants has promoted Noel Alvarez, Eduardo Nazario, Lanre Odeyemi, and Andrew Chattaway to the position of Managing Director. As Managing Directors they will be responsible for helping PMA grow its presence in their respective regions and business units.
Andrew Chattaway works as a Managing Director leading PMA’s Mid-Atlantic region in New York and New Jersey. He is currently based out of the Newark office. Andrew has worked as an integral member of project teams and as a client adviser, providing expertise in program controls, schedule, risk, BIM and project reporting visualization techniques on major civil, transportation infrastructure, nuclear defense, utilities and wastewater management construction projects and as production manager on large-scale video and film productions. Andrew is a member of the New York Building Congress (NYBC), the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and the BIM Forum.
A Managing Director in PMA’s Mid-Atlantic Region working with energy industry clients, Lanre Odeyemi is a certified project management professional (PMP). Lanre provides expert project management services to streamline project management practices and internal business processes. He has experience in change management and has collaborated with stakeholders in monitoring and improving business processes and workflows in the project delivery initiative for various capital programs. Lanre has developed and delivered training programs for a number of professionals in the utilization of project management software and project management-based enterprise systems including Primavera and SAP.
A Managing Director in PMA’s Southeast region working in the pharma and aviation industries, Noel Alvarez is a certified project management professional (PMP), and a LEED accredited professional with more than 20 years of construction management experience. His knowledge of program and project planning, budget and schedule management, project controls processes implementation, and the technical analysis of schedules and other project risks is vast. He is an industry leader in facilitating interactive planning sessions and integrating schedules across several software platforms.
Also a Managing Director in PMA’s Southeast region working with pharma industry companies, Eduardo Nazario has been providing his expertise in planning, executing, and maintaining schedule, cost, and risk on time and cost sensitive capital projects to a multitude of clients. Eduardo is proficient using Primavera (P6.2), Primavera Enterprise (P3e), Primavera Project Planner (P3) and PrimeContract. He is a current member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers (AACEI), Associated General Contractors (AGC), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), Project Management Institute (PMI), International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), and the College of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico.
