Andrew Chattaway

Andrew serves as Managing Director in PMA’s Mid-Atlantic region and is based out of the Newark office. He has more than 25 years of construction management experience in infrastructure, pharma, utility, and public sector projects. As Managing Director, he has extensive experience in a range of project controls-based industries. His focus has been on program management, the development and analysis of detailed project schedules, resource tracking, cost modeling analysis, schedule and cost risk management process and methodology, value planning, 3D/4D BIM modeling / VDC , logistics and constructability analysis, progress reporting techniques, data visualization and data presentation techniques.

Andrew has worked as an integral member of project teams and as a client adviser on major civil, transportation infrastructure, nuclear defense, utilities and wastewater management construction projects and as production manager on large-scale video and film productions. He has a unique range of experience and skills that integrate and complement diverse and demanding project controls requirements.

Knowledge Leader, Scheduling

Andrew has extensive scheduling experience. He prepares, updates, and analyzes project schedules. He is also responsible for coordinating and integrating schedules into a single master schedule. Andrew is proficient using the full Primavera suite of products and has developed EPS, WBS, and project coding structures. He has developed layouts and outputs for regular monthly progress review and has analyzed contract SOW documents and plans for schedule development and project phasing.

Education

Andrew graduated with a BA from Plymouth College of Art & Design in the UK.
