Dax Ponce de Leon, LEED AP BD+C, PMP
Dax leads PMA’s Knowledge Management Program, an effort to maximize the value attained from the company’s collectively accrued insights, experiences, and expertise. As Chief Knowledge Officer, Dax creates company-wide, cross-functional initiatives to grow and share knowledge for the mutual benefit of clients, employees, and the organization. He is actively designing and deploying enterprise strategies that include creating and curating a digital knowledge base, providing internal training and continuing education resources, and forming an organizational framework for knowledge leadership.
Dax has twelve years’ experience in program and project management, with an emphasis on planning and development, project delivery, project controls, and green design/construction. He has a strong interest in project planning, project delivery, process development/improvement, and information design. He is also passionate about the integrated design process and building green affordably, and he has spoken frequently on these subjects.
Dax has a MS in Civil Engineering and Construction Management and a BS in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Michigan.
Dax is a current member of the United States Green Building Council. He is a certified project management professional (PMP), and a LEED accredited professional with BD+C specialty.
