Eric Lowther, LEED AP, PMP
Eric brings 20 years of extensive project management and project controls consulting experience spanning cost controls, schedule management, risk management, and claims analysis. He has led numerous teams responsible for schedule review and oversight, contract administration, cost controls, change order negotiation, monthly reporting, RFI/drawing/submittal administration, invoice review, verification, and document controls. He has provided these services for projects in various industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, institutional, and transportation. Eric is experienced in many types of schedule delay analysis and evaluation of claims for time entitlement. The tasks have varied from detailed analysis of the technical merit to negotiation strategies for upcoming negotiations and presentation at mediation hearings.
Eric has a BS in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University.
Eric leads PMA’s graphical planning method (GPM) practice. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is LEED AP accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council.
