John Sheridan, LEED AP
John leads PMA’s Boston office with more than three decades experience in complex project and contract management for major transportation, airport, water/wastewater, power, healthcare, pharmaceutical, higher education, K-12 education, architectural, and infrastructure projects with a cumulative value of more than $25 billion. He has been involved with all aspects of program and construction management on large, complex architectural and engineered construction projects with contract values ranging from $5 million to $15 billion. He is an expert in project controls, change orders, claims management and avoidance, analysis and expert testimony, document control, and project management systems on a number of public and private sector projects, including several design-build projects.
John has an MS in Structural Engineering from the Engineering Polytechnic Institute of New York and a BE in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
John is LEED AP certified from the United States Green Building Council, is a member of the Boston Society for Professional Engineers (BSCE), a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), and a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers (AACEI).
