Lanre Odeyemi, PMP
Lanre serves as Managing Director in PMA’s Mid-Atlantic Region with experience in infrastructure, real estate, energy, utility, and public sector projects. He has 15+ years of experience managing public sector, quasi-governmental, public/private partnership projects and delivering project management services for multi-billion dollar capital construction programs in the region.
Lanre is an adviser on capital program planning, project controls, budget management, cost control, project planning, workforce development, PMIS and program governance. He has developed and delivered training programs for a number of professionals in the utilization of project management software and project management-based enterprise systems including Primavera and SAP.
His knowledge, expertise and analytical interpretation abilities in business intelligence, earned value management, project controls, schedule management, and cost control ensure that projects and construction capital programs are delivered to scope, on time and within the approved budget throughout the project life cycle.
Lanre provides expert project management services to streamline project management practices, and internal business processes. He has experience in change management and has collaborated with stakeholders in monitoring and improving business processes and workflows in the project delivery initiative for various capital programs.
Lanre graduated with an MS from Columbia University, an MBA from William Paterson University School of Business and a BS from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.
Lanre is a certified project management professional and an active member of the Project Management Institute.
