The University of Massachusetts $442 million Albert Sherman Center included construction of approximately 500,000 SF of space on the main campus, a 1,500-car parking facility, and the expansion of an existing central power plant along with utility loop connections. The Albert Sherman Center portion of the project is LEED Gold Certified.
PMA provided comprehensive program management services, including overseeing and monitoring all aspects of the work in all phases. Scope of services included schedule, cost control, and quality assurance. The project scope also included coordination of Owner’s requirements for permitting, site logistics needs, campus requirements, and communications with and among all team members.
