York-Spadina Subway Extension Program

Overview

The Toronto Transit Commission’s Toronto York-Spadina Subway Extension (TYSSE) Program involves the design and construction of six new subway stations, interconnecting tunnels, and associated systems and finishes. There were significant disputed issues and claims that were unresolved at the time of PMA’s engagement. Program goals include establishing a new completion schedule and resolving the disputed issues.

PMA was engaged by a major engineering firm to perform forensic schedule analysis and other services on the TYSSE Program. PMA is providing claims analysis, forensic schedule analysis, and scheduling assistance on this assignment.
