Our estimating team is providing estimates for ongoing design development, alignment changes, and facilities development.
Another project I am involved with is the PANYNJ capital program master schedule for bridges, tunnels & PATH transit. We are developing an integrated master program schedule for all Port Authority line departments and facilities.

Now, I have been in project controls for over 7 years as a scheduler (currently) & cost engineer, worked on projects such as oil & gas, utilities, pharmaceutical, airport, transit & infrastructures based in North America as well as Europe.
What was a transformative project or challenge that you did at PMA?
Working on North Central Reliability Project with PSE&G was a transformative project for me at PMA. This was the first big project (over $100M) in the history of PSE&G – to upgrade the overhead transmission lines across 35 miles along with 10 substations. Challenging part was working as a sole cost engineer from the team of two, managing the project of $390M and accomplishing it on time (last milestone) and under budget ($385.9M).
Do you get to do something at work every day that you love? If so, what is it?
Yes – I love working with multiple clients, interacting with various teams and getting work done involving them.
What university or college did you graduate from?
I received my BArch in Architecture from CEPT University School of Architecture in Ahmedabad, India and my MEng in Construction Management from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
What is your favorite local establishment/feature (restaurant, museum, stadium, etc.)?
Battery Park – I go there often to enjoy the sound of water along with a beer.
Café Himalaya – Tibetan cuisine, best momo in NYC, not too far from Battery Park.
Provide a fun fact about yourself?
I have had close encounters with several natural disasters: five earthquakes, four hurricanes, two blizzards, two flooding, two cyclones.
