The Four Seasons Hotel | Vancouver, BC
PMA will be at table 2
The three-day conference in Vancouver, BC, led by the Project Management College of Scheduling (PMCOS), will cover scheduling as it is today and where the profession is heading in the future. Monday’s session begins with focused discussion on scheduling from a great lineup of guest speakers with a gala dinner to follow. On Tuesday, attendees will be treated to a thoughtful combination of scheduling and claims presentations with the Vancouver Harbor dinner cruise to complete the evening. The conference will continue through Wednesday afternoon allowing participants to network with schedule professionals and experts in the field.
Learn from expert schedulers and panelists who will discuss recent developments in the industry and how to implement them on your next projects. Come and share insight and experiences, and let PMCOS contribute to your future project management success.

Experienced PMA schedulers create baseline schedules that provide a visible and tangible method of measuring and reporting actual progress against the plan, plus early identification of any deviations that require corrective or mitigating action to maintain project objectives. We are experts in developing, evaluating, and maintaining design and construction schedules using primarily Oracle’s Primavera Portfolio Management® (P6) and/or NetPoint®, our own interactive project management software application whose graphical, time-scaled canvas allows users to plan and schedule a project collaboratively.
