Rick is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina; a certified general contractor; a certified underground utility contractor; and a certified value specialist. Rick’s background in civil and environmental engineering includes vertical and horizontal construction projects for highways, railroad, and multimodal transportation systems; airports; institutional construction; utilities; community parks; and roadways. He has managed projects for municipalities and private enterprises, providing construction management, project controls, and cost estimating services.
