Christopher Carroll

Chris currently oversees several Owner’s Project Management (OPM) teams working on educational and government facilities projects. Significant projects include the $50 million Boston Public Library Johnson Building Renovation, the $119 million Dudley Municipal Center Project in Roxbury, the $122 million North Reading Middle High School Project, and the $134 million Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical High School.

Chris has experience in project management, scheduling, and cost management on large-scale environmental, infrastructure, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical construction projects valued in excess of $13 billion. He has extensive experience in CPM scheduling, claims and change order analysis, construction cost/schedule engineering, and construction and manufacturing project management. He has provided cost and schedule management lectures and classes to various clients on construction and manufacturing management.


Chris has an MBA from the University of Redlands, CA and a BS in marine transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.


Chris is a current member of the Construction Management Association of America.
