Bayonne Bridge Navigational Clearance Program (BBNCP)

The BBNCP addresses the raising of the vertical clearance at the channel from the present value of 150.8 feet to 215 feet at the centerline of the channel. This will help high capacity vessels to pass under the Bayonne Bridge. The main scope of the project includes the construction of new piers, approaches and roadway, and raising the roadway at the arch.

PMA provided project controls assistance during the design phase. As a program team member, PMA services included schedule management, cost control, cost and schedule risk analysis, and 4D BIM.
