Denver’s E-470 Public Highway Authority required a program management consultant to help establish an organization-wide program management system and a future internal program management office system.
PMA completed an organizational maturity assessment using the OPM3 model, senior leadership visioning, and alignments workshops. They also developed and implemented a program management system that was integrated into the Authority’s leadership and leadership training, making sure it was in alignment with the organization’s mission, objectives, and values. This system allows the Authority to carry out coordinated organization, direction, and execution of a dossier of projects and transformation activities. It also allows the Authority to achieve outcomes and benefits that are of strategic importance to the Authority, its board of directors, its partners, and its customers.
