The Facebook campus is a $700 million, new construction addition of the high technology company’s massive campus extension in Menlo Park, CA. It will have 420,000 SF of green office space, outdoor rooftop garden terraces, and full gourmet kitchens. The campus also includes an eight-story parking structure and elevated pedestrian bridges that connect other Facebook buildings to the waterfront.
Truebeck Construction has asked PMA to manage the development of a new Truebeck scheduling department, complete with new procedures and standards company-wide as well as department integration with other organizational processes, educational, and credible resources, etc. The strategy is to accomplish this by building the scheduling procedures, which will become the company standard on their most high-priority and fast-paced project, the $700 million Facebook campus. When PMA has developed and implemented the new procedures and systems on the campus project, we will assist Truebeck in implementing them company-wide. PMA will work with Truebeck in building a knowledgeable team and assuring their long-term success.
