Harry Tracy Water Treatment Plant

Overview

The $278 million upgrade of the Harry Tracy Water Treatment Plant (HTWTP) includes the construction of an 11 million gallon treated water reservoir, updated treatment processes, and upgraded emergency power facilities.

PMA was responsible for monitoring project schedule performance; coordinating the contractor’s preparation of the baseline schedule; reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on monthly progress; and recommending adjustments as may be required to achieve contract completion dates. PMA provided support to the field contract administrator, coordinated cost and schedule integration, reviews and analyzes changes and claims for time-impacts, and provided other services needed to maintain the project budget and schedule.
