The Los Angeles Community College District’s (LACCD) $9.6 billion construction program is the nation’s most extensive community college capital improvement program (CIP). The CIP, which began in 2001, includes over 1,000 construction projects; 747 have been completed and 475 projects remain. LACCD is currently building new facilities and improving existing buildings to provide sufficient space and technology to serve its 230,000+ student body and the surrounding communities.
Since 2018, PMA has been a part of a team that won a multiple-award task order contract with LACCD. PMA currently provides scheduling services on construction projects for Mission, Pierce, Valley, and Trade Tech Community College. PMA staff also provide scheduling services in support of LACCD’s program management office, which covers all nine campuses.
