SFPUC HSIP Hetch Hetchy & Lower Cherry Aqueduct Fire Damage

Overview

Lower Cherry Aqueduct (LCA) emergency rehabilitation project is a two-phase effort with a total project cost estimate of $18.1M and is part of SFPUC drought mitigation actions to repair aging infrastructure and damages incurred during the Rim Fire. PMA served as the project coordinator/manager. As part of the project team, PMA managed and organized projects from concept through design and construction to closeout of the projects according to SFPUC policy and procedures; prepared and monitored project budget, scope, and schedule; and coordinated with SFPUC internal departments and other agencies for regulatory and statutory compliance.
