Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension Program

Overview

The Toronto Transit Commission’s (TTC) $2.6 billion Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension program includes the design and construction of a critical extension of the TTC’s existing subway system across the boundary between the city of Toronto and The Regional Municipality of York. The project consists of 8.6 km of new subway track from Downsview Station in Toronto, Ontario, to the Vaughan Corporate Centre Station in York. The project scope also includes six new stations across the extension, interconnecting tunnels, and associated systems and finishes.

PMA has provided forensic schedule analyses of claims submitted by the general contractors and was assigned to analyze schedule delays and delay-related issues for all disputes/claims on four of the seven prime contracts.
